We securely accept all major credit cards over the phone or via our online booking portal.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the trip are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial fee.

Yes. All ATC vehicles adhere to the highest ADA standards, featuring hydraulic lifts or heavy-duty ramps.

We can transport you in your personal wheelchair. If you need a manual wheelchair provided for the trip, let us know at booking.

Yes, we have specialized stretcher units fully equipped for patients who must remain completely flat during transit.

Yes. We highly encourage a family member or caregiver to ride along as an escort at no additional charge.

Our drivers are certified in CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and specialized passenger sensitivity training (PASS).
